Established in 1999, Colleen Coyne Property Research is based on the Gold Coast. Most of our client assignments are in New South Wales (NSW) and Queensland (Qld). Colleen Coyne is the Director of Colleen Coyne Property Research.
Colleen was previously National Research Director of valuation company LandMark White, based in Sydney. Prior to that she was National Research Director of PRD Consulting Services Pty Ltd, based on the Gold Coast (the consulting arm of PRD Realty, now Colliers).
At Colleen Coyne Property Research, Colleen is supported by Barbara Parkinson, who undertakes data analysis, word processing and administrative support. Barbara and Colleen have had a close working relationship since the mid 1980s. In 2017, a second casual assistant, Margaret Robinson, was added to our team. Margaret has a background in property research.
Colleen says: I owe a great deal of my subsequent success to the opportunity I had of working closely with PRD Realty founding directors, Alex McWilliam, Gordon Douglas and Archie Douglas. When I decided to move to Sydney in 1994, after 13 years at PRD, Glen White gave me the chance to move to a new level, working with some of the best professionals in the property industry.

Our systematic approach to analysing markets means we have the capacity to enter little-known property markets and compile a detailed picture of the current situation, the potential to create demand for a new project and advise on the likely market positioning and success of a new venture.
Wherever possible, information is collected on the ground in person (although we also source extensive secondary data).
