Demand & Supply Studies
For these studies, we source information from primary and secondary sources on the overall market segment and sector (for example commercial offices, integrated small lot houses). We examine trends in historical absorption levels, recent sales and rental figures and patterns, incentives offered, and the current and future supply situation. We use historical demand as a guide to project future scenarios, asking questions such as: Will this new project cater to previously unsatisfied demand, achieving results not easily measured by reference to historical trends?
